Modification Services
We know that a “one size fits all” approach to homes does not work for everyone.
Our plans are designed to be easily modified to fit your site and specific needs.
We offer two options for modifications to our house plans.
- You can purchase the digital CAD or Revit file and make the modifications with your design professional.
- Our team at Porch Light Plans can work with you to modify your design. These services start at $5,000. To get started, purchase your floor plan and then fill out the Modify My Plan Form. We will contact you to review the modifications and will turn your changes around in seven to ten business days.
