The customer, in purchasing these plans, assumes all liability for ensuring that the plans meet local structural requirements and all building code requirements. Hoke Ley Architects retains the copyright to all home plans purchased on this website and grants the customer a non-transferable, one time use of the drawings. The plans may not be re-sold or used to build a second structure. Copyright infringements will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
